Turkey and Havarti Sandwich with Arugula and Galloping Cows Cranberry Pepper Jelly

INGREDIENTS
8 slices of good quality bread of choice
4 Tbs mayonnaise
8 slices of turkey breast
4 slices of Havarti cheese
½ cup arugula, used separately
4 Tbs Galloping Cows Cranberry Pepper Jelly
PREPARATION
Step 1
Arrange 4 slices of bread on your counter. Evenly spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on each slice of bread. Top each sandwich with 2 sliced of turkey, 1 slice of Havarti and a handful of arugula.
Step 2
Spread 1 tablespoon each of Galloping Cows Cranberry Pepper Jelly on remaining 4 sliced of bread and top the sandwiches. Cut on a diagonal and serve.
