Galloping Cows Hot Jalapeño Pepper Jelly Glazed Chicken Wings with Lime and Cilantro

Sticky, spicy, and sweet, these wings are a force to be reckoned with. This is an addictive starter, so be prepared to make a second, third or fourth batch right away! Packed with a flavour explosion these wings have all the savoury goodness you can handle.
INGREDIENTS
2 pounds of chicken wings
2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp Kosher salt
½ tsp cracked black pepper
½ cup Galloping Cows Hot Jalapeño Pepper Jelly
¼ cup chopping cilantro
6 lime wedges
PREPARATION
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
Step 2
Pat chicken wings dry with paper towel. In a medium size bowl, toss wings with olive oil, salt and pepper. Transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet and roast until golden and tender, about 35 minutes, turning half way through.
Step 3
Remove wings from oven and let stand for 1-2 minutes. Transfer wings to a clean medium size bowl and toss with Galloping Cows Hot Jalapeño Pepper Jelly and chopped cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
