Brioche French Toast with Galloping Cows Wild Blueberry Spread and Coconut Whip Cream

Classic French toast recipe with a twist that we love to make. It’s the best French Toast with just a few ingredients and customize it with our Galloping Cows Wild Blueberry Spread. Top it with coconut whip cream and take it to the next level! INGREDIENTS
4 large eggs
1/3 cup milk
2 Tbs granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp kosher salt
½ tsp cinnamon
4 Tbs unsalted butter, used separately
8 slices of Brioche
4 Tbs Galloping Cows Wild Blueberry Spread
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup coconut whip cream
PREPARATION
Step 1
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.
Step 2
Melt the first tablespoon of butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Dip the first two slices of brioche into the egg mixture, coating both sides evenly. Cook the brioche until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Repeat with remaining butter, brioche and egg mixture.
Step 3
Top French toast with Galloping Cows Wild Blueberry Spread, fresh blueberries and coconut milk whip cream.
